    Mission: Responsible for Export business to Japan for Seafood products and Business Development to make new supplier. - Communicating with supplier and distributors for trading business - Reporting and making documentations written in Japanese & English - Visiting to Supplier (Makassar, Manado, Jayapura, Bali etc) and Distributor in Japan by Business trip (Sometimes need to do business trip with distributors for Audit) *There is possibility to have business trip other countries such as USA or Europe or other area. - Attend and coordinating Distributor's Business Trip (Dinner with Supplier and Distributor) - Negotiation with Suppliers for procurement - Shipping arrangement for delivery management - Problem solving by dealing with supplier in case of getting complaint by distributors - Other duties as assigned. ------------------------------------------- Misi: Bertanggung jawab atas bisnis Ekspor ke Jepang untuk produk makanan laut dan Pengembangan Bisnis untuk mencari pemasok baru. - Berkomunikasi dengan pemasok dan distributor untuk bisnis perdagangan - Membuat laporan dan dokumentasi yang ditulis dalam bahasa Jepang dan Inggris - Mengunjungi Supplier (Makassar, Manado, Jayapura, Bali, dll) dan Distributor di Jepang melalui perjalanan bisnis (Kadang-kadang perlu melakukan perjalanan bisnis dengan distributor untuk Audit) *Ada kemungkinan untuk melakukan perjalanan bisnis ke negara lain seperti Amerika Serikat atau Eropa atau daerah lain. - Menghadiri dan mengkoordinasikan Perjalanan Bisnis Distributor (Makan Malam dengan Pemasok dan Distributor) - Negosiasi dengan Pemasok untuk pengadaan barang - Pengaturan pengiriman untuk manajemen pengiriman - Penyelesaian masalah dengan berurusan dengan pemasok jika ada keluhan dari distributor - Tugas-tugas lain yang ditugaskan. ・3 years of experience as Sales in Trading company (Import Export) handling Marine Food Product. ・Business English proficiency. ・Willing to attend and entertain client for Dinner in Japanese Restaurant. ・Willing to do Business Trip at least one week per month (Every month). ------------------------------------------- ・Pengalaman 3 tahun sebagai Sales di perusahaan perdagangan (Ekspor Impor) yang menangani Produk Makanan Laut. ・Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris Bisnis. ・Bersedia menghadiri dan menjamu klien untuk makan malam di restoran Jepang. ・Bersedia melakukan Perjalanan Bisnis minimal satu minggu per bulan (Setiap bulan).
