Company Overview 世界最大手アパレル企業のひとつである同社、グローバル化、デジタル化を目指し年々成長を続けています。 Job Description ■ビジネス部門の業務を理解し、課題設定を行い、分析設計への落とし込み ■分析に必要なデータを収集・分析し、具体的アウトプットやモデルの作成 ■分析結果を理解・解釈し、業務上の効果に関するストーリー作り ■分析に基づいた定量的な根拠をビジネス部門に伝わる言葉に置き換え、コミュニケーションを取り、関係者を巻き込んだ業務改革の推進 ■目的に応じて、必要なデータを見極め、社内各種データベースおよび社外（オープンデータ/外部購入等）からデータを収集・抽出し、クレンジングを行う。 論点設定および解決策の立案と実行に当たっては、業務メンバー（店舗・営業・デザイナー・マーチャンダイザー・経営計画・商品計画・在庫コントローラー・経理・人事 etc.）の中に入り込み、現状や将来に発生する問題点を明らかにしながら、業務改革の方向性を明らかにし、コンセンサスをとりつつ、グループ全体の変革や新しい業務を現場に落とし込んで行く役割を担って頂きます Requirements ■データからのビジネス課題発掘・解決、分析からのモデル構築の実務経験 ■分析過程や結果をビジネス部門に伝わる形でまとめ、ステークホルダーを納得させる事のできる説得力とプレゼンテーション能力 ■サプライチェーンの業務知識且つPOSデータなどの集計・分析、又は商品の販売予測（需要予測・価格最適化など）の分析経験があることが望ましい ■データマイニング、数理統計モデリングの実務経験 ■チームマネジメントやリーダーシップに優れ、自らチームを引っ張っていける方 ■改革を進める上で発生する摩擦に負けない、強い推進力を持った方 ■グローバルリーダーシップを発揮できる方 （グループの業績拡大のために、各部門の業務の目的や実態を理解し、本質的な改善や効率化に向けた改革を推進できる能力を求められるため） ■ビジネス英語力（TOEIC700点以上目安） 英語力が満たない場合でも、今後数年間で語学力向上をする意思がある方であれば歓迎致します。 Additional Job Information If interested, please contact RGF Hr consultant Sachiko Nakagawa at: D: +81-3-6422-4424 sachiko.nakagawa@rgf-professional.com
