【具体的には・・・】 KINDEN VIETNAMでは優秀なベトナム人スタッフが多く在籍しており、主な業務はベトナム人スタッフが担当します。 日本人としてクライントとの調整業務がメインとなります。 ベトナム人の仕事の仕方や考え方を理解し、協力しながら仕事を進める力が求められます。 ・クライント対応 ・機械設備の設計 ・機械設備工事の施工管理 ・ベトナム人スタッフ、ワーカーの指示・管理 ・プロジェクトにより勤務地が変わります。基本的にはベトナム北部です。 【部署構成】 ハノイオフィス250名（日本人20名） ホーチミン　200名（日本人12名） ・英語日常会話以上レベル ・機械設備（空調・衛生・給排水等の建設設備）の設計・施工の経験がある方 ※海外での就労経験歓迎
