 給与計算と処理
 ローカル社員と他従業員の両方に対して、コンプライアンスを守り、毎月の CPF および税務申告( IR8A および IR21 )を
期日までに処理
 採用、業績管理、トレーニングと開発、報酬と福利厚生、 HR ポリシーと手順のレビューなどの HR 業務
 採用プロセスの全サイクルを担当(準備、調達、スクリーニング、選択、採用、オンボーディング)
 報酬と福利厚生 会社の賃金と給与の構造を確立し、従業員の保険と給付の支払処理
 パフォーマンス管理 パフォーマンス評価、年次増分を含むパフォーマンス管理演習を実装および実施
 HR および管理ポリシー 手順、会社のハンドブックを継続的にレビュー、設定、確認し、必要に応じて変更を実装
 その他の人事 管理業務

Requirements
 ビジネス研究 管理 管理、 HR または同等の大学卒以上
 5 年以上の関連する人事および管理の経験(特に給与計算プロセス)
 雇用法、シンガポール労働法および法律に精通していること
 社内コミュニケーションで必要なため日本語 N2 以上
 Timesoft の経験があると有利
 人事および管理チームの指導に関連した経験があると有利
 強力なコラボレーションと前向きな働き方
