Our Client: Our client is a well-established global Healthcare company based in Japan. They are currently looking for a Scientific Affairs Officer to join their growing team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: • To provide timely and comprehensive support to our distributors and customers on application-related inquiries • To create high quality scientific marketing materials (e.g. newsletters) for our distributors and customers • To create and conduct high quality presentations on products and latest development of the diagnostic industry to distributors and customers • To organise and participate in events (e.g. exhibitions or webinars) organised to raise awareness on products and services • To create and conduct easy-to-understand product training for members, distributors and customers • To support Sales team and distributors, and when required, liaise with headquarters’ regulatory team on regulatory matters related to medical devices and services • To participate proactively in meetings with other global Scientific Affairs personnel to exchange information for enhancing the overall scientific knowledge The Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific field • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Able to create and conduct high quality presentations in person or online • Able to work in a team environment with effective interpersonal skills and able to work independently • Possess a professional demeanor and strong work ethic, as well as the ability to adapt to different cultures • Possess a customer-oriented attitude with an attention to detail • Willing to travel overseas for short work trips RGF Privacy Policy – https://www.singapore.rgf-professional.com/privacy-policy Disclaimer: The Company complies with the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP), including the prevailing guidelines on recruitment.
