Our Client: Our Client is one of the top Japanese Trading companies that develops IT solutions globally. They are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive (1 year contract) to join their Singapore team. The Responsibilities: • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data • Generate and send invoices to customers • Process customer payments and apply them to customer accounts • Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy • Resolve customer billing disputes • Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments • Monitor customer accounts for delinquent payments • Prepare and submit monthly reports to management • Maintain customer accounts in the accounting system • Prepare and submit customer statements • Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payment • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities • Assist with other accounting tasks as needed • Assist with Internal/ External Auditor requirement for accounting related • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management The Requirements: • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in Account Receive • Experience in General Ledger, Balance Sheet Schedule is preferred • Strong financial competency, analytical & problem-solving skills • Prior experience in an MNC environment is preferred • Ability to join immediately or on short notice is preferred RGF Privacy Policy – https://www.singapore.rgf-professional.com/privacy-policy Disclaimer: The Company complies with the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP), including the prevailing guidelines on recruitment. They are currently looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to join their Singapore Office.
