Job Description
• Process quotations, purchase orders and sales orders
• Manage Customer Consignment Programs
• Responsible for On-time deliveries for Both Internal Customers (Engineers) & External Customers.
Work closely with customers, vendors and engineers to ensure On-time deliveries to meet customers’ requirements
• Manage, negotiate & monitor on-time deliveries to customers (duplicate as 4-remove)
• Maintain stocks inventory & manage stocks movement.
• Update Customer Price Books
• Maintain an effective filing system of documentations
• Attending to enquiries from customers and business partners
• Build and maintain a good customer relationship
Requirements
• Minimally a Diploma-holder
• PC literate and with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Team Player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Oracle or SAP system
• Japanese language skill is an added advantage to liaise with Japan HQ
