Job Description
 海外拠点の総務・経理部門オペレーション支援(月次決算支援、法制度対応等)
 本社コーポレート部門と海外拠点間の情報連携・調整サポート
 海外拠点の財務状況のモニタリング
 海外拠点新設時の管理体制構築支援
 自社の運営(取締役会運営、社内ルール整備等)

<参考までに、以下はチーム全体で取り組んでいる業務内容となります>

職務内容:
 傘下拠点に対する経理財務・税務・総務を中心とした管理体制構築・業務効率化・ガバナンス向上支援(例:財務報告支援、管理会計の仕組み導入、業務フローの最適化、規定・ルール文書化、内部統制システムの構築、運用状況のモニタリング)
 傘下拠点における各国法制度・当局対応支援(例:会社法改正対応、SOX法対応、監査・移転価格調査対応支援)
 海外拠点の新設、または既存拠点の組織再編を行う際の手続き実行支援(例:設立手続き、契約譲渡、資産・負債譲渡、社内規定の整備、リスク管理、経営管理体制構築、定常業務フロー確立)
 域内の経営資源の効率活用、全体最適化のための施策の立案、実行(例:税務コスト最適化、子会社同士の取引における契約スキーム策定、域内での資金融通、人材移動)
 本社管理部門、関連部署との連携、調整(例:本社コーポレート部門への業務報告・相談、本社関係部署との連携・調整、全社取り組みの実行支援、重要な変更に関わる事前の確認・根回し)
 自社のコンプライアンス対応(例:取締役会、株主総会運営、子会社のためのコンプライアンス対応)
 その他域内において発生した問題への対処

Requirements
・高いコミュニケーション能力、論理的思考能力
・経理もしくは業務管理等の部署での数字管理経験
・経営企画室等にて子会社管理やグループ会社統括サポート経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力(文書作成・会話が問題なく行えるレベル)
・業務改善・管理の仕組み構築
・高いOAスキル
・周囲の状況を察知し、その場に応じた柔軟な対応ができ、フットワークの軽い方
・好奇心旺盛、新しいことに挑戦する意欲、行動力がある
・人と関わることが好き、チームワークが得意
・何事も主体的に取り組み、課題発見、解決のための提案まで一貫して行える万能タイプ
