Job Description • Support 3 expats schedule, calendar and claims • Assist in travel reservations (flight and hotel bookings) • Write minutes of meeting in English • Support in administrative matters as newly set up company • Communicate with other MDs and staff in ASEAN region • To manage HR matters if necessary • To manager Book keeping • To manager sales admin support • To manager other add hock matters in the office as Office Manager
Requirements • Diploma in any field • At least 5 years relevant experience in similar capacity • Independent and Multi tasked person • Japanese speaking or working experience in Japanese company is jadvantage to liaise with Japan HQ and Japanese expats. • Newly office set up experience is advantage • Good interpersonal and communication skills, particularly attuned to working well with all levels
