Job Description • Responsible in keeping full sets of accounts. • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial and management reports. • To reconcile bank account. • Analyze and prepare GST reports. • Perform any other accounting duties as assigned. • In charge of the shipping documentation, invoicing, packing list, L/C negotiation, certificate of origin, bill of landing etc. • Processing of customer/supplier orders, monitoring, tracking of orders & outstanding shipments. • Manage customer relationships to achieve targeted project budget using the right products specification.
Requirements • 2 years or more working experience in a similar capacity. • Min Diploma / Degree in Accountancy / ACCA / Trade Logistic or equivalent. • Experience in a similar industry is an added advantage. • Hands on experience in letter of credit is highly advantageous.
