【業務内容】
下記がご担当いただく業務内容となります。

経理業務
• 勘定科目振り分け・出納帳作成
• 取引先等への支払い、精算処理
• 日本へのレポーティング業務(英語のPL/BSを日本語に翻訳)
• キャッシュフロー管理

総務・庶務業務、営業補佐
• 総務・庶務業務(電話対応、備品手配、宅配便手配、取引先管理、CPF・GST支払い、ビザ申請、その他庶務全般)
• 営業サポート全般(営業データの加工・集計、販促品・サンプルのパッキング等)

Requirements
【要件】
下記要件を満たしている方を募集します。

• 経理アシスタント経験がある方(B/SやP/L、勘定科目やりとりがわかる方)
• PL/BSを日本語に翻訳対応可能な方、英語力
• フレキシブルに対応いただける方
• ビジネスで使用可能な英語・日本語力
※また社内外コミュニケーションで必要なため
