Job Description
【業務内容】
下記がご担当いただく業務内容となります。

• Responsible for providing management with required analysis and information for strategic decisions.
• Assist in implementation of accounting strategies in line with accounting standards.
• Assist in improving segregation of financial functions and standard processes
• Check and ensure accurate and timely closing of accounts.
• Assist in reviewing bank reconciliation, balance sheet, and P&L schedules.
• Assist in improvement of bank reconciliation.
• Assist in preparations for half yearly forecast and yearly budget process.
• Assist Management in analysis of Company’s growth, mapping out growth plans as well as generating forecast.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance.
• At least 5 years working experience in similar position.
• Analytical skills to understand financial trends.
• Strong commitment to meet tight schedule.
• Experience in Financial Industry is preferred.
• Able to speak in Japanese language is essential (to liaise with Japanese speaking associates) Please indicate Japanese Language proficiency when applying.
