Job Description
【業務内容】
下記がご担当いただく業務内容となります。
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Advise management and employees on interpretation of HR policies, guidelines and procedures.
•Process new hires, changes in employment status, and terminations.
•Assist managers and HR manager with addressing performance issues/ concerns, when deemed appropriate.
•Coordinate and prepare internal communications as related to HR functions.
•Assist in expatriate management e.g. Accommodation arrangement, work pass application, leave management and income tax submission.
•Co-ordination, preparation and distribution of payroll information in a timely and accurate manner.
•Management of HR database to ensure accuracy of information.
•Set up and maintenance of HR personnel records to ensure easy access to accurate information.
•Assist in organizing company functions and staff welfare-related activities.
•Responsible for all work pass application/ renewal.
•File statutory claims such as NS, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave.
•Issue of adhoc employee documentation as required.
•First point of contact for all office facilities administration (i.e. office insurance, leasing, copier/ air-con maintenance).
Requirements
【要件】
下記要件を満たしている方を募集します。
•Preferable degree qualified.
•2-3 years proven HR experience.
•Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and Statutory requirements.
•Excellent analytical and administration skills (data input, record keeping, filling etc.) are essential with a high focus on accuracy and quality.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous.
•Ability to work independently and have good communication and interpersonal skills.
•Effectively bilingual in English and Japanese (preferably possess JLPT1/N1 to liaise with Japanese speaking expats and HQ).
