Job Description
【業務内容】
下記がご担当いただく業務内容となります。
*Assist Japanese Managing Directors and other managers in the communication with local vendors and contractors.
*Reporting to the regional managing director and work also for his secretary.
*Align with back office director in Japan HQ.
*Support and Management of local vendors such as accounting and legal offices.
*Coordinate marketing materials and office supplies.
*Ad-hoc translation or interpretation might be assigned.
*Expense management for sales and marketing team.
Requirements
【要件】
下記要件を満たしている方を募集します。
*More than 3 years’ experience in administration or back office function.
*Native level of Japanese to discuss with colleagues and manager in Japan HQ.
*Fluency in English to coordinate project with local colleagues and clients.
*Proactive attitudes for organizing back office function and suggestions to MD.
