Job Description
【業務内容】
下記がご担当いただく業務内容となります。

*事業提案書の作成及び、その提案書の日本語もしくは英語への翻訳、及び、日本の本社とのやり取り。
*事業契約が、予定通りに進んでいるかのモニタリング。
*英語への翻訳業務サポート及び、シンガポール・マレーシア拠点からの問い合わせ対応など含む懸け橋としての業務。
*会社組織内における事業戦略やオペレーションなどに関する戦略における部門横断的なサポート及び、コーディネーション。
*拠点目標達成のための営業・マーケティング戦略策定のサポート業務。
*電話応対、レポートの作成及び、チェック。
*ミーティングのオーガナイズ。
*該当部門やクライアントとのやり取り 。・1-3年のB2B及び、B2Cの両方の経験のある方もしくは、営業事務の経験者

Requirements
【要件】
下記要件を満たしている方を募集します。

・1-3年のB2B及び、B2Cの両方の経験のある方もしくは、営業事務の経験者
・Business Plan(稟議書)などの作成経験のある方
・日系企業での就業経験のある方もしくは、日本での就業経験のある方
・マイクロソフト(ワード、エクセル、パワーポイント)が一般的なレベルで可能な方
・英語が堪能な方(目安TOEIC 800以上)
※社内外コミュニケーションで必要なため

S$3,000-4,000(経験に応じて調整。AWSが12か月割で月額給与に含まれる+変動ボーナス(12月支払い)
