仕事の内容

Our Client:
Our client is a well-established Japanese company, specialising in key components and advanced devices for wireless communication and information transmission. They are currently looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join their team in Singapore. Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers.

The Responsibilities:
To provide sales and technical assistance to Customer in relation to appropriate use of Products for obtaining sufficient performance of Products, which includes :
•	Maintenance of Products and continuous observation of their performance there through
•	Assistance to Customer in case of setting up of Products, including drawing simulation
•	Assistance to Customer in case of operation
•	Troubleshooting
•	Providing Customer with various advices or information at the request by Customer or reasonable discretion by Service Engineer

Gathering information on Products through performance of Services including the above and providing such information to the company, which information includes:
•	Information on performance, defect, yields, and other technical issues of Products.
•	Information on Customer’s requirements, opinions, claims, and other remarks regarding Products or their performance or operation
•	Information which Customer requires, in connection with Products

The Requirements:
•	Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical disciplines
•	Experience and familiar with Semiconductor will be an advantage but no experience will be considered
•	Training will be provided for candidates with no experience
•	Self motivated individual who is action/ results oriented, independent, flexible, with a passion for developing technical excellence products.
•	Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers

The Responsibilities: • Handle a large number of shipping documents, making sure everything is accurate and ready for audits • Make sure all shipping documents (especially those from our bonded partner in Thailand) are correct, filed properly, and matched with internal systems for sales and purchase records • Review and check invoices (non-trading and payment-related) before sending them to the accounting team • Ensure that original signed Navision invoices are sent to the right people when needed • Double-check monthly insurance reports before submitting them to accounting • Verify freight invoices (billed in Singapore) to ensure they are accurate and paid on time • Confirm that GST (tax) classifications are correct before reporting them to accounting • Follow up on overdue payments with relevant teams and help update payment schedules • Keep track of office equipment and other assets, and assist with annual reports • Solve recurring payment issues by coordinating with the team and implementing solutions • Support new projects or process improvements as assigned by your manager The Requirements: • Min.
