Job Description
【業務内容】
下記がご担当いただく業務内容となります。

・ Lead business development in digital advertisement area.
・ Project lead in alliance, new service/product development and M&A.
・ Bridge between Singapore office and Japan headquarter on various projects.
・ Initiate, structure, negotiate and close partnership deals.
・ Build and sustain strong relationships with business decision makers and internal stakeholders.
＊事業開発の志向はグローバルスタンダードのため、日本市場に限定している訳ではないものの、当社の強みを活かしてグローバル展開を目指しているため、結果として日本のステークホルダーとの連携が必要となります。
事業開発例：日本向け動画ビジネスのコンテンツの購買先の獲得、及びそれに伴う広告の受注やインハウスエージェンシーの設立など

Requirements
【要件】
下記要件を満たしている方を募集します。

・ビジネスレベル英語(英語面接有)、日本語力
※社内外コミュニケーションにて必要なため
・5年以上の「デジタルマーケティング経験or広告代理店出身者orコンサルティングファーム出身者orM&A関連の経験者 or事業開発経験者」
・抽象的なテーマに対し、自ら課題を見つけ多くの社内外関係者を巻き込み成果を出すことができる方

Additional Job Information
【福利厚生・その他・給与】

・人事評価は年2回
・医療保険有（ただし日系クリニックはカバーされていません）
・勤務時間：9時～18時
・休日：土日祝日。別途特別休暇がクリスマスイブ、大晦日、チャイニーズニューイヤーイブにそれぞれ半日（午後休）有。
・交通費は一律月50シンガポールドルの支給

給与：SGD5,000～7,000/month
※毎年、AWS1か月分+パフォーマンスボーナス=PBが夏冬各平均1.5か月分ずつになります。
