【業務内容】
下記がご担当いただく業務内容となります。

-日本語のツールや書類での事務処理業務
(伝票作成、経費支払処理、見積作成補助、請求書作成、各種申請書作成、日本本社とのメールやり取り、その他日々発生する簡易作業)
- SEや営業が作成する資料作成補助
- SEや営業が作成する資料の日英、英日翻訳作業
- 事務処理業務の空き時間には技術で行っている簡易な定型業務

Requirements
【要件】
下記要件を満たしている方を募集します。


- 日本語(読み・書き・話)
- 英語(電話取り次ぎや社内コミュニケーションで必要なため)
- Excel, Wordでの資料作成スキル(関数等のスキルは求めず)
- Power Pointでの資料作成スキルがあれば尚可
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Customer satisfaction oriented mind
- Ability to learn new skills as necessary
- Ability of efficient communication by using online and offline, synchronous and asynchronous communication
- Regular and punctual attendance
