Job Description
We are currently looking for a Leasing manager to:
・Spearhead all tenancy management activities for all F&B outlets including communication with landlords.
・ Effectively review and negotiate the business terms and conditions of new leases/renewals at the best interest of the Company.
・Ensure all proper documentation works are submitted and approved before lease commencement.
・ Work closely with Project Management team to ensure compliance with local authorities and building standards and requirements
・Conduct regular inspections of work sites and ensure strict adherence to Company’s policies and procedures.
・ All other ad-hoc leasing matters as assigned by Manager.
Requirements
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
・Good written and verbal communication skills in Japanese language to liaise with tenants.
・Candidate must process at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate or equivalent.
・At least 2-5 years of experience in leasing or lease management industries.
・Candidate must possess a valid class 3 driving license.
・B2B sales experience is a requirement for this role.
・Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
・Good analytical and decision making skills.
・Able to work independently and exercise flexibility in a challenging and fast paced environment.
