日系商社にてHRコーディネーター募集
CHROの秘書サポートも行うため人事事務以外にも多岐に渡ったお仕事内容となります。
通勤しやすいシティでの勤務となります。

Job Description
下記がご担当いただく業務内容となります。

35%
• Support HS (Hired from Japan) and HQ related matters
• Administer payroll processing on a monthly basis
• Liaise with HQ on administering benefits and claims
• Manage and support the submission of income taxes
• Involve in housing arrangement
30%
• Support and handling enquiries as related to HS matters etc…
30%
• Support department admin and coordination of networking events/scheduling of department meetings and activities etc.
• Admin/secretarial support CHRO – admin and scheduling etc.
5%
• Cover for COO’s secretary during her absence.

Requirements

1. HR Experience is required
2. With Secretary Experience is a plus, however without, it is ok as we can provide relevant training.
