Our client is one of the major telecommunication companies from Japan.
Job Description
We are currently looking for a person to:
■Finance / Finance admin. (finance support) implementation as required. (new service related).
- record daily sales activities and summarize the record monthly basis in the point of AP / AR management of new service.
- Management in delivery orders, invoices, purchase orders, etc. which are consist of new service involving more than three business partners.
- Ad hoc analysis of costs and revenue generation figures. (General finance / finance admin.).
- General AR management from issuing invoice to confirmation of payment.
- submission of banking documents.
- Other ad-hoc duties (supporting/covering other team members).
- Purchase & sales data entry for payment list.
- Control of authorization and payment of purchase invoices, expense & credit card claim by issuing cheque, arranging wire transfer and GIRO setting.
- Maintaining cash book and check the bank statement for comparison of cashbook.
■Adminisitrative implementation as required.
- Day-to-day check and support for Document Approval and Travel Approval. (Ensuring all mandatory fields/supporting documents are in place, else, will return to traveller to attach documents/amend relevant fields. Assisting country manager in drafting TA and monthly claim.).
- Answering of phone calls & visitors at door /Attend to guests : bring guest to meeting room, make tea/distribute bottled water, inform attendees.
- Copier machine change of toner/fill up copier paper / Stationery and pantries check.
- mail out documents / Arrange for courier, preparing documents and complete waybill/Signing delivery forms/receiving documents/checking delivered orders.
- Collection, Open, sort out Postal Material and pass to relevant person.
- Other misc admin duties.
- Other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
- Detail-oriented and strong in numbers.
- Keen on finding problems in the course of daily operations.
- Good ar analysis and management with excel.
- Basic finance knowledge is greatly plus.
- Working experience in Singapore is plus.
- more than three years of finance and./or administrative job which involves detail oriented attitude.

- Able to work independently with less supervision.
- Willing to learn and highly flexible and supportive towards team achievement.
- Able to work independently, proactive and positive attitude.
- Good communication skills; able to communicate with variety level of people.
