【業務内容】
1．Client Development for New and Existing Account
2．Project Management
The primary mission of the Traffic Manager role is to ensure Creative Service projects are delivered at least 95% on time.:
1.Work process – Responsible for creative team work flow from initiation through project completion. Serves as the hub of the Creative Services team to ensure timelines are met and high quality creative delivered.
2.Facilitate prioritization – Primary liaison that connects Account Management and Creative Services. Identifies any issues, roadblocks, prioritization and bandwidth issues that could prevent on-time delivery of projects. Works with Account Management team, Creative Services manager, production manager and vendors, if applicable, to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery of projects.
3.Collaboration – Leads project status meetings with Creative Team and Account Management to ensure all projects are on track and all parties are informed on status. Maintains current projects status sheet.
1.Opens and assigns tasks for Creative Services requests to manage each project.
2.Creates and communicates project timelines throughout assignment with on-going follow-up to stay on schedule.
3.Leads project status meetings with Creative Team to review tasks and determine any potential roadblocks.
4.Leads project status meeting with both Creative Team and Account Management to gather and share the information necessary to complete requests.
5.Collaborates with Production Manager and other departments//external resources to fulfill project requests efficiently and accurately.
6.Identifies and develops means to implement and measure project completion based on efficiency, speed and accuracy.
【要件】
•マーケティングエージェンシーでのAccount Service 経験
•デザイン業界のお仕事に興味があること、2年以上継続就業して頂ける方
•社内外の他部署の方々とのコミュニケーションと調整が得意な方

・日本語英語ビジネスレベル
※社内外共に、コミュニケーション上必要なため。
＜尚可＞
いくつかの他部署、外部業者やクライアント等様々なステイクホルダーの中でお仕事をされた経験
