Job Description
We are currently looking for a PR,Brand manager to:
1 Branding
• Brand PR and overall branding operation.
• Creating and supervising creative contents in cooperation with departments within the company and agents.
• Promoting of the corporate brand within and outside the company.
• Promotion and evaluation for the betterment of the brand image within and outside the company and measurement of impacts.
• Development of brand expression guidelines, in-house development of brand expressions including compliance with the guidelines.

2 PR work
• Formulation and implementation of PR strategies to raise corporate brand awareness and reputation based on an understanding of the management strategy. (Both online and offline for local Market).
• Managing PR agencies.
• Responding to media reporting on the company and our services and providing information to the media. (For local Market).
• Creating press releases, management of the lending of samples.
• Planning and implementation of various PR events.
• Responding to and controlling crisis management.

Requirements
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
• Planning and implementation of PR strategies and promotion strategies aiming at improving corporate value (both online and offline).
• Branding/execution of PR strategies aiming to improve brand value and brand promotion (both online and offline).
• General duties in brand PR and branding (PR activities of the our brand, holding events, management of the corporate website, corporate promotion work, creation and management of documents for Japanese agents and salespersons).
• Preparing press releases, negotiations and meetings with magazine editors with regards to magazine article publication. For local Market.
• Responding to various media, checking drafts. For Local market.
• Building a good relationship with the media. For Local market.
• Planning, promotion and execution of events and web promotions. For Local market.
• Operation and management of the corporate website for the purpose of increasing traffic, unique users and inquiries. Both Japan and Singapore Market.
• Monitoring and managing SNS sites. Both Japan and Singapore Market.
• Planning and producing premium novelty services. Both Japan and Singapore Market.
• Planning and creating communication tools (catalog, roadshow, POP). Both Japan and Singapore Market.
• Creating a corporate web design. Both Japan and Singapore Market.
• Planning and design of logo characters. Both Japan and Singapore Market.
• Preparation of crisis management response manual and in-house awareness activities. Both Japan and Singapore Market.
• SEO measures for corporate websites. Both Japan and Singapore.
• Development of brand expression guidelines, in-house development of brand expressions including compliance with the guidelines. Both Japan and Singapore Market.
• Planning and implementation of training to deepen penetration of the brand and common understanding within the company. Both Japan and Singapore Market.
• Formulation and execution of collaboration with strategic enterprises. For Local market.
• Management of PR budget. Both Japan and Singapore Market.

Our ideal candidate should have:
• More than 10 years of Brand management/PR experience at business companies or PR agencies
• Bachelor degree in corporate public relations, communication or marketing major.
• Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Illustrator etc.
• Bilingual in English and Japanese*To liaise with Japanese management and staffs in Japan and SG
• Management experience (irrespective of large or small businesses).
• Experience in brand marketing/planning and execution of corporate public relations strategy.
• Experience in planning, writing, editing and delivery of press releases, newsletters etc.
• Experience in implementing projects in collaboration with outside partners. (Cross-functionally experience)
• Thoroughly familiarity with owned media and digital media business.
• Practical experience in event planning and management.
• Experience in budget management.
• Management experience in design, creative production.
• Understanding of company mission and values
• Smooth communication skill, Proactive and High level of flexibility.

Additional Job Information

$6500-$8500/month(Or upto $10,000 if director level)*Dependent on experiences and skills.
