*Arranging attractive restaurant and sightseeing spots in Singapore for Japanese tourists. *Communicate through sales office in Japan and arrange necessary objectives following itinerary within client’s budget. *Maximize end user's satisfaction for Singapore trip. *Other assignments as assigned.

<必須 / Must have> • Minimum diploma and/or equivalent. • Fast learner, self motivated and meticulous. • Customer service orientated. • Able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Business level Japanese skills required for the purpose of liaising with Japanese tourists. • Good communication skills in Chinese and/or English.
<尚可/ Better to have> • 2-3 years of relevant field of experience in travel industry.

Our Client: Our client is a Japanese manufacturing company. They are actively looking for Sales Executive to join their team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: • Work within the assigned account and grow business • Attend to customer inquiries by providing quotations with necessary specs and/or drawings within 48 hours • Harmonize with in-house support, for order processing, project, and instruments documentation • Responsible for order processing and ensure delivery is made per customer’s request date • Advises on use and application of products, but detailed technical assistance is referred to the technical support • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards • Involves in sales promotions and presentations.
