Our Client: Our client is an established Japanese firm, specialising in lifts, elevators and escalators. They are currently looking for an Assistant Officer (Collections) to join their team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: • Compile monthly Ageing reports for following up with customer and month end report submission. • Follow up with customer on the long outstanding payment by sending email or via phone call. • Submit any required invoices, Statements of Accounts (SOA) and any supporting documents as per customer request. • Co-ordinate with other dept. on all matters related to outstanding payment issues. • Prepare a Letter of Demand (LOD) for the customer when necessary. • Cheque collection from customer. • Prepare meeting of minutes. • Report to the superior on all matters relating to the money collection. • Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior. • Keep proper records and filing system for money collection. • Ensure that all data and information are kept confidential. • Ensure compliance with Environmental Policy, reduction of waste and prevention of pollution. The Requirements • Entry Level role; No experience • Basic administrative skills • Microsoft Words, PowerPoint and Excel skills such as creation of table and analysing of data • Experience in sales or Customer service is a plus • Good communication skills. Product Design Engineer

Our Client: Our client is a well established Japanese company that operates in many business sectors such as Oral Care, Health & Beauty, Motorcycle parts, and Chemicals. They are currently looking for a Product Design Engineer to join their team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: • Design mechanical parts using 3D CAD software incorporating DFM principles, based on given engineering requirements • Conduct design verification using CAE software, including parameter sensitivity analysis, for design optimization purpose • Prepare DFMEA document to identify and mitigate product design risks and compliance issues at the development stage • Collaborate with customers to discuss product specifications, timelines, and technical troubleshooting • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams (purchasing, sales, quality, and production) to facilitate smooth product development and mass production transfer • Establish communication channels to identify problems, share solutions, and drive continuous improvement • Perform product lab-bench testing for design validation and product characteristic studies • Conduct lab inspection for reverse engineering, troubleshooting and quality issue investigation. • Prepare detailed technical reports documenting design issues, findings, and solutions • Stay updated on industry standards and material compliance regulations The Requirements: • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent • Possess basic understanding of CAE principles with experience in CAE software tools (ANSYS) • Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and experience with CAD software tools (SolidWorks) • Possess knowledge of metal forming, machining and related manufacturing process is preferred • Willing to travel overseas for product launches, client audits, and customer engagements • Familiar with IATF standards and related training • Candidates with no experience will be considered as Training will be provided RGF Privacy Policy – https://www.singapore.rgf-professional.com/privacy-policy Disclaimer: The Company complies with the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP), including the prevailing guidelines on recruitment.
