Our Client: Our client is one of the top leading FMCG companies with its headquarters in Japan dealing with wholesale distribution of chemicals and food products guided by bioscience and fine chemical technologies. Their Singapore office is looking for an Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager. The Responsibilities: • Product: Industrial Food Ingredients for Food Manufacturing • Gather market information (such as market trends, competitors’ information) and issues of the customers • Make action plan proactively with strategy based on the information gathered • Propose products and solutions effectively to solve anticipated issues of customers based on the information gathered • Take countermeasures proactively if there are any gaps between sales progress and the budget • Make sales forecasts and capture sales progress on a timely basis. • Ensure prompt payment collections • Place orders of items to suppliers based on monthly inventory control • Carry out Q&A procedure when registration of new product and/or revision of product are required The Requirements: • Minimum Degree holder in Food Science and Technology is preferred • Minimum 5 years of related working experiences in B-to-B sales for ingredients (including chemical ingredients) for food & beverage and/or food additives • Preferably experience in R&D and Q/A of food ingredients or process food • Highly motivated and strong initiatives to achieve assigned tasks and company objective • Possess good understanding of B-to-B sales and food ingredients • Plan and prioritize assigned tasks independently to achieve personal sales targets • Effective communication and team-working mind • High level of interpersonal skills communication and team player skills RGF Privacy Policy – https://www.singapore.rgf-professional.com/privacy-policy Disclaimer: The Company complies with the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP), including the prevailing guidelines on recruitment. Their Singapore office is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive (Trading). The Responsibilities: • Product: Packaging materials for food • Prepare annual sales plan and sales target • Work closely with customers on planning their materials needs (i.e. to source and requisite food packaging materials for their manufacturing use) • Work closely with suppliers and co-ordinate on behalf of customers on meeting products' specifications and delivery schedule • Handle and follow up feedback and claims from customers • Work closely with sales admin and logistics support team on shipment coordination and arrangement in order to meet delivery timeline • Prepare sales/marketing reports for the management review • Monitor and ensure timely payment from customers • Make day trips to Johor Bahru to ensure printing accuracy and production run smoothly and successfully • Make overseas business trips to visit customers to build stronger rapport and customers service level • Establish connection and communication with Japan headquarter on technical advises and support for quality control issues • Monitor and ensure suppliers’ service and quality are always at optimal level • Introduce and present new products and packaging solutions to customers • Negotiate with suppliers and principals on pricing and better trading terms • Source for new products, solutions and suppliers for business expansion and cost effectiveness The Requirements: • Minimum Degree holder in any business related studies • Minimum 2 – 3 years of related working experience in Petrochemical Trading business • Knowledge in Trading terms is preferred • High level of interpersonal skills communication and team player skills • Willing to travel for business meetings RGF Privacy Policy – https://www.singapore.rgf-professional.com/privacy-policy Disclaimer: The Company complies with the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP), including the prevailing guidelines on recruitment.
