Our Client: Our client is one of the leading Japanese companies, specialising in the Sales of Automotive Wire and Components. They are currently looking for a Coordinator, Supply Chain Management to join their team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: • Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders etc) • Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, Shipment schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc) • Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management) • Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost) • May be required to travel ASEAN region on case by case basis • Perform other tasks as assigned The Requirements • Minimum Diploma / Degree holder with 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience • Must have knowledge and experience in using incoterms • Experience in issuing/generating high volume of Purchase Orders (POs) • Experience in liaising with forwarders for overseas shipments (i.e. import and export) • Possess organizational and co-ordination skills • Good team player and able to work independently • Proficient in computer skills – Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • SAP experience is a plus • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Possess time management, accuracy and problem solving RGF Privacy Policy – https://www.singapore.rgf-professional.com/privacy-policy Disclaimer: The Company complies with the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP), including the prevailing guidelines on recruitment.
