The Responsibilities:
• Establish the monitoring procedures of Finance/Accounting process and submission
• Taking charge of regional financial and management reporting, and checking of financial statements
• Assist consolidation team by taking initiative to resolve issues
• Establish the regional consolidation report with accounting department
• Assist Corporate Planning department for their analysis of performance of the region
• Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts
• Coordinate and control budgeting process
• Lead the upcoming ERP project in region such as Philippines and Thailand, from the perspective of accounting and finance
• Analyse and audit review companies’ balance sheet, cashflow and working capital, and make necessary directions/ recommendations to improve efficiency of cash and working capital
• Support the activity of the Internal Audit team
• Assist necessary approval matter for finance/accounting related projects and CAPEX Business Cases

The Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting & Finance
• Minimum 15 years of experience in financial/accounting positions with 5 years of managerial experience
• Certified Public Accountant
• Has exposure in financial related business planning, annual budgeting, setting up financial control procedure and financial reporting
• Meticulous with strong financial planning and analytical skills
• Experience in consolidation of multiple currencies
• Experience in ERP projects
• Experience in working with multiple countries’ members
