Our Client: Our client is an established Japanese firm, specialising in lifts, elevators and escalators. They are currently looking for an Assistant Officer (Collections) to join their team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: • Compile monthly Ageing reports for following up with customer and month end report submission. • Follow up with customer on the long outstanding payment by sending email or via phone call. • Submit any required invoices, Statements of Accounts (SOA) and any supporting documents as per customer request. • Co-ordinate with other dept. on all matters related to outstanding payment issues. • Prepare a Letter of Demand (LOD) for the customer when necessary. • Cheque collection from customer. • Prepare meeting of minutes. • Report to the superior on all matters relating to the money collection. • Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior. • Keep proper records and filing system for money collection. • Ensure that all data and information are kept confidential. • Ensure compliance with Environmental Policy, reduction of waste and prevention of pollution.
