仕事の内容

Our Client:
Our client is a multinational company that operates in many business sectors such as Oral Care, Health & Beauty, Motorcycle parts, and Chemicals. They are originally established in Japan.

The Responsibilities:
Support for Distributors & Direct Sales activities
•	Creation, maintenance and management of SNS content in each country
•	Confirmation of tone and manners of POSM created by an agency
•	Implementation of Exhibition
•	PDCA management for ATL & BTL marketing
•	Communication development (Claim of Product)
•	Key Visual / Communication Development
Planning & Implementation of quantitative and qualitative research
•	Survey of the current situation in existing businesses
•	Sales Tool Preparation (Clinical Data)
Survey of new Country and Market
•	Business feasibility analysis of new area
•	Customer Target survey at new country
•	Search for new distributors and partners
Planning for new product launching
•	Launching product / brand selection
•	Discussion with Sales Team for new product pricing
Drafting a new entry Country Business Plan
•	Introduced product / brand selection
•	Business Planning
•	Contract & negotiation with new Distributor
•	Network building with the same industry
•	Cultivate new customers (QAIS)
•	Discussion with Sales team for new product pricing
Get latest information to communicate with other departments including other internal companies

応募条件

The Requirements:
•	Minimum Bachelor’s Degree holder with 5 years of working experience in the FMCG industry
•	Excellent experience in Sales, Marketing and new Business Development (Launching New Brand, New Market, New Product and POSM)
•	Strong technical and analytical skills with experience in digital marketing using SNS platforms
•	Strong team player, who can work effectively with multi-cultural colleagues with great communication and negotiation skills
•	Willingness to travel

    Our Client: Our client is one of the top leading FMCG companies with its headquarters in Japan dealing with wholesale distribution of chemicals and food products guided by bioscience and fine chemical technologies. Their Singapore office is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive (Trading). The Responsibilities: • Product: Packaging materials for food • Prepare annual sales plan and sales target • Work closely with customers on planning their materials needs (i.e. to source and requisite food packaging materials for their manufacturing use) • Work closely with suppliers and co-ordinate on behalf of customers on meeting products' specifications and delivery schedule • Handle and follow up feedback and claims from customers • Work closely with sales admin and logistics support team on shipment coordination and arrangement in order to meet delivery timeline • Prepare sales/marketing reports for the management review • Monitor and ensure timely payment from customers • Make day trips to Johor Bahru to ensure printing accuracy and production run smoothly and successfully • Make overseas business trips to visit customers to build stronger rapport and customers service level • Establish connection and communication with Japan headquarter on technical advises and support for quality control issues • Monitor and ensure suppliers’ service and quality are always at optimal level • Introduce and present new products and packaging solutions to customers • Negotiate with suppliers and principals on pricing and better trading terms • Source for new products, solutions and suppliers for business expansion and cost effectiveness The Requirements: • Minimum Degree holder in any business related studies • Minimum 2 – 3 years of related working experience in Petrochemical Trading business • Knowledge in Trading terms is preferred • High level of interpersonal skills communication and team player skills • Willing to travel for business meetings RGF Privacy Policy – https://www.singapore.rgf-professional.com/privacy-policy Disclaimer: The Company complies with the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP), including the prevailing guidelines on recruitment.
