RESPONSIBILITIES

【職務内容】

グローバル展開を加速している当社において、税務に関する業務では「国内」「国際」という垣根がなくなりつつあります。

それを踏まえ、国内税務担当者は、税務の側面から経営効率の向上に向けた改善を関係部署と共に推進することがミッションとなり、国内各社の税務申告、連結納税などの申告対応のみならず、税務用件を満たす経理ルールおよび業務プロセスの再整理と関連部門への徹底指導を含めた税務リスクマネジメント、さらにそれを主軸としてグローバルに業務領域を拡大していくことを期待されています。

また、国際税務担当者は、国際税務観点での組織形態最適化、クロスボーダー組織再編、移転価格対応や表裏一体となる関税への影響の検討などをはじめとするグループ・グローバルに最適な国際税務戦略の立案、グループ各社のサポート、指導や各国当局との交渉による国際税務リスクマネジメントなどを主軸として、さらに国内税務のバランスを保つ対応を行うことが期待されています。
