THE COMPANY

RESPONSIBILITIES         

·         Planning: Budget, and two mid-term revisions: internal timing management, data gathering and plot into Excel models, simulations, data upload, ad hoc analyses and presentation;

·         5-year plan: internal timing management, data gathering and plot into Excel models, simulations, data upload, ad hoc analysis and presentation;

·         Marginality analyses: forex, pricing, discounts, product mix, volume, etc impacts;

·         Monthly closing: running of the data and upload into the systems, and inventory check and analyses and presentation;

·         Profitability analyses for new stores opening (proprietary financial modelling);

·         Pricing process: marginality check, and prompt liaise with all the stakeholders (to be implemented);

·         Monthly rolling cash flow forecast and analysis;

·         Daily liaising with HQ for inter-company items;

 

·         Inventory management: devaluation (Inventory Reserve) analysis/calculation, monthly check of inventory/COGS amounts’ consistencies and related amendment;

·         Cost gap analysis for each departments;

·         Ad hoc reports and KPIs;

·         Assure consistency of systems’ setting with planning activity;

·         If needed, support to the Accounting department;

 

REQUIREMENTS

·         Strong analytical thinking and capabilities

·         At least 4 years of experience in similar/relevant position

·         Strong command of Excel, Power Point. Access is a plus;

POSITION SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to manage and lead multi-disciplined project solutions for Finance, with direct accountability for project delivery.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Demonstrates capabilities to read and understand documents affecting Finance projects, including but not limited to: GAAP, accounting policy and related policies, tax and other internal controls.

·         Interfaces directly with internal customers (including business) to define project requirements. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.

·         Demonstrates ability to identify project risks, lead reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
