Job Description
• Record service bookings
• Answer phone calls /reply e-mails
• Greet walk in customers and arrange for them to meet Customer Service Advisor
• Assist with administrative duties and document filing
• Prepare and record Company’s warranty packages and data
• Report daily payment to managers
• Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
• Minimum two years working experience as Receptionist/Customer Service
• Customer oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills, particularly attuned to working well with others
• Able to read/write and communicate in Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking associates (Please indicate your Japanese language proficiency when applying)
