Job Description
◆Business Process Manager を募集します。

■配属部署の体制
•コーポレート部門のチーム(現在二名体制)への配属
•チームの役割は、主に管理部門における、業務プロセスの見える化、業務横断的なプロセス改善、各種システム導入・構築、簡易ツール作成等による業務の効率化と高度化を通じて、全社経営や事業運営の意思決定と実行に資する情報を効率的・効果的に提供できるサポート基盤を構築すること
•上記は、一回構築して終わりということではなく、変化・成長する事業や会社の課題やニーズに併せて、絶えず最適化を求められるため、事業の成熟度合いや業務の固まり度合いによって、柔軟に変化することが求められる

■募集背景
• 現在世界各国で複数事業を運営し、新たな企業買収や新規国進出によって業容拡張している中で、
 主に下記の領域においてシステム導入・入替を含めた業務改善のニーズが高まっているため
o 会計(単体、連結)
o 予算管理(予算策定、見込管理)
o 販売管理(受注、請求、CRM/SFAとの連携)
o 人事(給与・労務・入退社管理・予算見込連携、タレントマネジメント)

■役割
• 上記4領域のうち人事及びその他1つ程度の領域の業務改善・運用安定化に責任を持つ
• 人事プラスアルファの領域に対して、現行業務プロセス・関係者ニーズの把握に基づき、あるべき業務プロセスを描き、必要なソリューション(システム開発・導入、簡易ツール作成等)を提供し、業務改善を推進する。
• システム・ツールの実装にあたって外部リソースや社内エンジニアを使う場合には、そのマネジメント業務を含む。

Requirements
下記要件を満たしている方を募集します。
• 自分の役割を限定せずに、戦略遂行や目標達成のために、業務領域を拡張することができる
• 現行の業務・システムの問題点を捉え、改善のためのソリューションを考えることができる(新業務プロセスの設計や、新システム導入の要件定義、開発のディレクション)
• 積極的に課題を拾い、構造的に整理し、ドキュメント化することができる
• 利害の異なるステークホルダーに対して、安易な妥協ではない本質的な解決策を検討をするためのファシリテーション能力や強い意志を持っている
• 会計・販売管理・人事いずれかの領域における業務改善経験(必須)
• CRM/SFA領域のシステム導入や業務改善に関わった経験があればプラス
• SQL文やExcelVBA、マクロを解読できる
• SIer等の会社で基幹システムまわりの開発、運用、保守等の一連の経験を有している
• ビジネスレベルの英語力(ユーザー部門と議論しながら課題整理や業務プロセス設計をし、設計したプロセスを現場に説明・導入できるレベルの英語力が必須)
• ビジネスレベルの日本語力(日本の親会社とのシステム共通化・連携の際に使用)
