Job Description 【業務内容】 下記がご担当いただく業務内容となります。
• Coordinate lease negotiation for Singapore and other regional offices, e.g. relocation/renewal/renovation, securing estimates, decoration and branding requirements. • Handle travel arrangements including travel visa applications for employees in Singapore office. • Manage calendars and set up meetings for Senior Management. • Look after office administration responsibilities i.e. ensure office and facilities are maintained at optimum functional level; ensure effective reception and customer service is being provided to all internal/external customers. • Assist to lead and manage assigned functional or administrative projects when required. • Any other support and admin assistance. • Collect and update corporate information of subsidiary companies such as director list, registered company address, shareholders info etc.
