Job Description Project Director's key role is to organize the operational and management responsibilities for the assigned projects or Account Delivery Team from both internal and external service providers/clients and to undertake the delivery of the project requests to the client's satisfaction and within the required time frames and budget. We are currently looking for a Project Director(Financial Solutions) to: • Establish, maintain and strengthen relationship and rapport with existing and new clients, as well as partners to grow the revenue base of allocated set of accounts. • Manage the progress and development of accounts, quotations and tenders related to clients and partners. • Support pre-sales and post-sales activities and propose new creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve the business objectives and work towards assisting clients with their business challenges. • Responsible for the preparation of tender responses, solution proposals and quotations for existing and new clients. • Work with cross-functional teams involving Product Managers, Marketing and Consultants in the development of ideal IT integrated solutions for both existing and new clients in the banking industries. • Keep updated on competitors' products, services and pricing. • Work closely with Account Service Delivery Managers to ensure smooth and excellent service delivery. • Develop sound understanding of Company's products and services, and look for opportunities to promote these services into the existing customer base. • Establish relationship with the Customers’ Senior Management, business executives and other stakeholders as a trusted adviser who understands their issues, needs and requirements. • Manage overall customer satisfaction of programs, services and solutions. • Manage the Contracts’ implementation to enable achievement of Customers’ expectations and goals. • Manage overall performance of the accounts. • Plan/take a business trip across APAC region as required. Requirements Our client needs someone with the following skills: • Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology or its equivalent. • At least 10 to 15 years of experience in the integration solution of banking industry such as international or domestic remittance and/or big scale of banking system infrastructure. • Project management experience with at least 10 members, and preferably have experience of playing critical roles by his/her own name. • Ability to build pipelines and develop and execute strategies to grow and maintain existing accounts. • Promote further development of named accounts by establishing a direct, personal relationship at appropriate level of management. • Responsible to oversee the vertical account management and collections. • Responsible for region wide customers internationally or horizontally. • Manage customer satisfaction level of vertical named accounts. • Effective team player with the determination and drive to excel. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high adaptability and positive attitude are pre-requisites. • Proven track record in exceeding sales targets. • Good public speaking and communication skills and Japanese speaking will be an added advantage.
