Job Description
【業務内容】
下記がご担当いただく業務内容となります。
•Maintain relationship with Japanese and local counterpart in customer accounts to keep providing the high-level logistic services.
•Support manager to infiltrate his direction to smoother and strengthen management activities.
•Implement the scope of work to establish the new warehouse operations.
•Monitor 3rd party logistic activities on a daily basis to prevent or minimize big incident or complain from customer.
•Identify problems and the root cause to ensure the prompt solutions are provided for recovery.
•Submission of required reports.
•Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties.
Requirements
【要件】
下記要件を満たしている方を募集します。
•At least 3 years of relevant experience in 3rd party logistic.
•Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•Good leadership, logical positive thinking and problem solving skills.
•Knowledge in intercoms / shipping.
•Bilingual in Japanese and English languages for communication with customer and internal.
•Able to speak Chinese is an advantage.
