Job Description We are currently looking for a senior BD executive to:
-A leadership role in providing ancillary support to the outdoor Business Development team. -Opportunities to engage in managing customer accounts independently. -Assist HOD with day to day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects and activities. -Track competitors’ activities by keeping abreast of market changes. -Coordinate flow and dissemination of information and communication. -Plan, implement and follow-up for all special events and annual receptions. -Produce clear and concise written correspondence in the form of letters and emails. -Create and maintain databases in a timely manner. -Liaise with Japanese counterparts and clients on business tenders matter.
Requirements Our client needs someone with the following skills:
-Degree in Building/Civil/ M&E Engineering / Marketing or related discipline. -Good tender management (pre and post tender) skills. -Well-manner individual with previous experience in construction industry. -Confident and outgoing personality. -Business savvy and has excellent attention to detail. -Well organized and self-motivated. -Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines. -Team player who is able to perform assigned tasks independently. -Possess creative and excellent presentation skills. -Must possess at least JPTL N1 / N2 Japanese language certification to liaise with Japanese clients. -Good presentation and negotiation skills.

The Responsibilities: ・The Project Manager will be responsible for providing necessary support to all the participated assets in the region, primarily in the EPC phase but also support during late development and commercial operating phase ・The role will include identifying best practices and ensuring continuous improvement in the design, procurement, construction,commissioning, and warrantee activities. Including leading and participating in required oversight and initiatives with the aim of ensuring the projects are implemented to a high standard through the lifetime of a project from Financial Close to end of service ・Assigned work includes supporting / overseeing the project implementation teams ensuring technical and commercial compliance to the requirements of the company requirements,budgets, contracts, environmental and safety ・To recognize a strong H&S culture,including the ability to provide exemplary H&S leadership and drive continuous improvement ・Weekly regular travel is expected within the Asia region; occasional travel is expected worldwide ・The Project Manager may be called upon to fill a project company management position until the permanent employee is hired or assigned. The Responsibilities: ・The mission of the position is to lead the project assigned to successful completion within the project schedule & scope as well as obtain the targeted profit, and achieve high customer satisfaction ・Areas of Focus / Main Duties / Projects, etc. (List out the duties & responsibility and respective weightage, 100% in total) ・Resolve complex issues with clients & consultants, JV Partner, and/or sub- contractors which is not able to be handled by subordinates (50%) ・Direct project team members to achieve targets of safety, quality, profit and timely completion of the project. To monitor the progress of the project according to the targets set (35%) ・Identify key staff to lead the project and delegate responsibilities.
