【Responsibilities】
-Provide assistance for applications and technical support to distributors;
-Sales support to the distributors for key customer calls and in regards to visit of customers with installed base;
-Provide on-site technical support for Regional and international shows and events;
-After sales support for questions regarding handling and operating products
-Support of the distributors with regard to installations, technical and application questions
-Provide professional training to key customers and distributors
-Provide market and customer feedbacks to management
-Organize and support Education events and workshops for Clinical Point of Care
【Requirement】
-Work experience in x-ray equipment in a clinical (Hospital; clinic) setting and / or scanning in cardiology with your radiographer license
-Business level of Japanese and English to communicate in/out of the office
