【業務内容】
-Receives inquiries from customers in an HR customer service and call center environment.
-Uses excellent communication and customer services skills and issues regarding HR administrative and technology needs.
-Performs basic administration processing and approval of transactions, data input and verification of required documentation.
-Analyzes own cases to evaluate if resolution requires changes to current process or if resolution should be added to the knowledgebase.
-Generate reporting from workday and present in standard dashboard format to support the decision making
【要件】
-Minimum 2 years of working experience in international environment at MNC 
-Customer service/call center experience preferred
-HR Experienced preferred
【給与】
SGD3,000-5,000

Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers The Responsibilities: You will be working closely with partner consultants based in Japan and across Asia.
