Our client located in the CBD of Singapore in the Banking & Finance sector is seeking for a Temp Secretary for a contract period of 4 months for Maternity cover.
Reporting to the General Manager , you will provide secretarial and administrative assistance to support the General Manager and Joint General Manager including the following duties :
Ensuring smooth operations of the day to day activities / meetings of the GM and Joint GM. Prepare documents and correspondences and ensure proper filing of all documents.
Generation of reports and scheduling appointments, calendar management for both the GM and joint GM
You will also be required to organise and co-ordinate business lunch and dinner. Prepare itinerary, organise business trips , and managing trips claims and expenses.
Translation of Japanese documents when required.
Ideal candidate should possess the following;
· GCE ‘O’ levels / Secretarial certificate or equivalent
· Min 5 – 6 years of experience in EA / Secretary role
· Proficient & Bilingual in Japanese & English languages due to the need for translation of Japanese documents
Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
