【業務内容 / Job Description】

・新規顧客開拓(日系企業 海外現地法人)※製造業メイン 

・クライアントのIT化推進サポート

・特定のソリューションを売るのではなく、日系企業に訪問・ヒアリングし、ニーズに合わせて、

 社内リソースや3rdベンダーのソリューションを組み合わせて提案するイメージです。


クライアントである日系企業の多くは、シンガポールを、APACを中心とした他拠点を含むビジネスの統括拠点、リージョナルHQとしての機能を持つ重要拠点と位置づけています。そのため、日々の業務を通して、クライアント本社(日本)のビジネス、シンガポールを含めたAPACエリアのビジネスに対する理解が深まり、幅広い視野を培っていけるポジションです。

ゆくゆくは、シンガポール ローカルマーケットにおけるクライアントビジネスの定着、継続的なマネジメントのフレーム構築、生産性向上といった課題をともに解決するビジネスパートナーとして成長し、長期にわたる信頼関係を構築していただきたいと思います。



【応募要件 / Requirement】

 <必須 / Must have>

・IT企業(SI, テレコムなど)で3年以上の業務経験をお持ちの方 

・ビジネスレベル以上の英語力、日本語力をお持ちの方

(日系クライアント対応において、日本人、ローカル担当者、両方とのコミュニケーションが必要なため)

・新規顧客開拓や、顧客のビジネスニーズ発掘に強みをお持ちの方

・顧客志向の強い方

・ITソリューション領域で、長期的なキャリアを築いていきたいという志向をお持ちの方


 <尚可 / Better to have>

・日系製造業向け、ITソリューションセールスの経験(主な担当顧客が日系製造業であるため)
