下記がご担当いただく業務内容となります。

- シンガポールオフィスのアドミン業務全般(会計処理、人事、総務、法務)
- Directorの秘書業務
- 本社管理部とのやり取り
*会計業務は会計のレシートやデータをまとめて会計事務所に処理をお願いするコーディネーター的な役割
*法務はシンガポールの日系法律事務所および日本の法務部とのコーディネーター的な役割
*契約書の翻訳もできればベターですが、専門業者に依頼することも可能なためできなくても応募可能

Requirements
下記要件を満たしている方を募集します。

- Microsoft office skill
- Minimum 3 years of admin experiences
- English/Japanese business level
*JLPT2 and above as this position involves in somewhat translation and reporting to HQ in Japan

They are actively seeking for a Field Service Engineer (Substation Equipment) to join their team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: • Perform site acceptance tests, commissioning and start-up assistance for LV/MV substation equipment, including transformers, switchgear, VCB/VCS and MCC • Interface with customers on after sales service, understand and help customers define their technical needs • Attend all maintenance related problems on site, troubleshoot and provide technical support to customers as well as resolve technical issues • Work closely with sub-contractor in fulfilment of repair schedule • Conduct training to enable users/customers optimizing the product performance • Provide necessary inputs from field to engineering & factory for designing new products/refining existing products • Ensure full compliance with all validation issues concerning the product application, controls and documentation • Support product warranty claims and quality issue.
