Our Client:
Our Client is one of the growing MNC based in Japan. Their business is into natural gas and covering Southeast Asia. They are looking for a Corporate Planning Assistant to join their growing team in Singapore. Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers.

The Responsibilities:
•	Support the planning and identification of potential new business avenues and platforms.
•	Assist in the development of functions to be provided as a regional headquarter.
•	Facilitate collaboration with head office and group companies, requiring Japanese communication skills for smooth coordination.
•	Handle collation and information gathering for corporate planning activities.
•	Assist in the operational tasks of board meetings and general assemblies, conducted in Japanese.
•	Ensure adherence to processes, completing tasks accurately and without errors.
•	Assist/ Execute ad-hoc tasks as directed by manager.
•	Undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

応募条件

The Requirements
•	Diploma and above in Business or Management Studies preferred.
•	Proficiency in English and Japanese (read, write, present professionally in Japanese due to extensive communication with Japanese stakeholders).
•	Demonstrated ability to follow processes and work meticulously.
•	Experience in asset management particularly in energy projects.
•	Basic understanding of Business Intelligence & Data Analytics, Continuous Improvement Management, and Data Management.
•	Strong organizational and communication skills.
•	Ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
