The Requirements:
・Experience in engaging and collaborating with Venture Capitalists (VCs) and institutional investors during mid-to-late-stage fundraising and IPO processes
・Demonstrated experience in investing in startups, with a focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) sectors from either VC or institutional investor perspectives
・Background in departments associated with mergers and Acquisition (M&A), Initial Public Offering (IPO), or fundraising within an investment banking environment
・Fundamental understanding and practical experience in conducting research, formulating strategies, and coordinating with external legal, tax, and accounting experts across various jurisdictions
・Eagerness to acquire knowledge about global financial strategies
・Possess a venture-minded approach and thrive in a collaborative team environment with a strong sense of ownership
