The Responsibilities:
• Head the management accounting and finance operations
• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure timely and accurate management reporting and presentation to Japanese native internal stakeholders and clients
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), tax regulations, and other relevant financial regulations
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team
• Review and develop improvement plans and strategy

・ 日本本社関係部署へ現地の課題や状況などの報告

The Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting or a relevant degree with at least 5 years of accounting/ finance experience
• Experience in financial analysis or experience in a managerial role is preferred
• Proficiency in Japanese language to smoothly and effectively communicate and present to Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
• Positive working attitude with ability to work with deadlines
