・監査法人・会計事務所での経験2年以上、もしくは事業会社での経理経験5年以上
・日本語ネイティブレベル（日系企業のクライアントとのコミュニケーションのため）
・英語ビジネスレベル（社内コミュニケーションのため）
・USCPA等の会計士資格取得を目指している方歓迎
Our Client: Our client is a well-established Management Consultancy, headquartered in Japan. They are currently looking for an experienced Business Consultant to join their team in Singapore. Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers The Responsibilities: You will be working closely with partner consultants based in Japan and across Asia. This role involves bridging clients with partner consultants, facilitating meetings, preparing training logistics, and even hosting/facilitating sessions. • Coordinate and manage leadership development programs with multiple lecturers and consultants. • Liaise with existing clients (Mostly Japanese company) • Build long-term client relationships and support program delivery • Support or facilitate training and delivery phases of programs (MC role, logistical support, etc.). • Ensure smooth operations on-site by assisting lecturers and clients on-site. • Handle multiple projects and partners simultaneously, adjusting to variable program needs. • Engage in a wide range of administrative and support duties The Requirements: • Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers • Having more than 3 years experience of PM/ PMO or Account management • High level of flexibility and ability to multitask • Comfort in supporting others, including handling logistics, minor facilitation, and client-facing interactions. • Ability to adapt to ambiguity and work with multiple teams across various projects. • Prior consulting experience is not mandatory but open-mindedness toward the consulting process is expected. They are currently looking for an experienced HR Consulting Manager to join their team in Singapore. Proficiency in Basic Japanese language is highly preferred to support Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers The Responsibilities: The main responsibilities are to provide services related to HR policy consulting, advice on various labor issues, and other HR related services to clients mainly in Asia Oceania region. This position also requires to provide junior members with advice and guidance in the preparation, execution, and completion of HR consulting projects. Execute HR consulting projects • Develop and design HR policies; Grade, Remuneration, Appraisal, Performance Management and etc., to solve clients’ issues. • Conduct job evaluation. • Execute whole HR consulting project; make proposal, plan whole schedule, arrange meetings, lead and facilitate communication with clients and stakeholders, create deliverables, arrange payment/invoicing and close the project. • Provide advice on miscellaneous labor issues in each country in partnership with local experts and the legal department.
