日系大手IT企業にてアプリケーションエンジニアの募集！

Job Description
Application engineer plays a key role in application development meeting customer requirements/needs for banks’ business utilizing IT solution in both new and existing systems.

・To lead, plan and manage projects which is for several systems in the customer bank communicating with internal/external stakeholders including offshore development team.
・For any change request is raised, understand the customer’s expectation, discuss with the customer and development team to fix the requirement and specification.
・Provide the support for the customer in any incidents/clarification on the systems.
・Expected to perform Hands-on activity (Investigation, Fixing, Testing, Module release)
・Communicate with the offshore development team to discuss and understand detailed implementation.

Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
・3+ years of experience as Application engineer
・2+ years of experience in full SDLC cycle with waterfall model
・Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
・Knowledge of
- Windows Server, SQL Server, Powershell, Microsoft Access, VB, C++
- (Both/Or) Windows Server, Oracle Database, Java
・Experience of making design specs
・Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
・Excellent Customers and offshore team management skills
・Communication in English/Japanese. (You will be required to communicate frequently with our Japanese counterparts)
