Job Description
【業務内容】
下記がご担当いただく業務内容となります。

ーネット販売をしております商品についてのカスタマーサービス/出荷手配
ー顧客からのメールへの返答
ー受注商品の出荷手配(システムで書類等を出しますので貿易の知識は必要ございません)
ー出荷にかかるデータ入力や訂正/更新などをシステム上で行います。
ー返品商品の対応など
※シンガポールの商品を日本へ出荷

ー英語日常会話レベル以上※社内外コミュニケーションが必要なため
ー社会人経験が有る方
ーPCを使用したデータ入力業務ができる方

パートタイマーの場合 時給10~15ドル※経験により
