The Responsibilities: • Perform site acceptance tests, commissioning and start-up assistance for LV/MV substation equipment, including transformers, switchgear, VCB/VCS and MCC • Interface with customers on after sales service, understand and help customers define their technical needs • Attend all maintenance related problems on site, troubleshoot and provide technical support to customers as well as resolve technical issues • Work closely with sub-contractor in fulfilment of repair schedule • Conduct training to enable users/customers optimizing the product performance • Provide necessary inputs from field to engineering & factory for designing new products/refining existing products • Ensure full compliance with all validation issues concerning the product application, controls and documentation • Support product warranty claims and quality issue.
